1. Choose the appropriate light box size: Select the appropriate ultra-thin light box size based on the size and location of the directional sign. The size of the ultra-thin light box should match the size of the directional sign to achieve the best effect.

1. Design the sign: Using a software like Adobe Illustrator, create the lettering and graphics for the sign board. Make sure that the letters are clear and easy to read.
2. Choose the Acrylic sheet: Select a 4~8mm thick transparent Acrylic sheet in the desired size for the sign.
3. Engrave the Acrylic sheet: Use a laser engraving to engrave the Acrylic sheet into the shape of the sign.
